About this app

Fichajet is your company's simple and compliant time tracking system. One app for everyone: upon logging in, you choose whether you're an employee or a company manager, and the app remembers.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Clock in, clock out, and take breaks with a single tap.

• Log in with your ID and PIN, or with your fingerprint or Face ID on your phone.

• View your clock-ins, hours worked daily and weekly.

• Request vacation and absences, upload supporting documents, and download your payslips and other documents.

• Receive company notifications directly within the app: you'll never get notifications outside of your working hours.

FOR THE COMPANY (management dashboard, within the same app)
• See who's in and who's out, correct clock-ins, and track hours.

• Work calendar, vacation and absence records with read receipts.

• Employee notifications with read receipts. • Payroll distribution by ID number and employee file.

• Unalterable and exportable record, ready for inspection.

• Notifications to the manager when someone requests vacation, justifies an absence, or fails to clock in.

Fichajet complies with the legally required time tracking (Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute) and the GDPR: the company is the data controller, and Fichajet only processes the data on its behalf. No advertising and no data sharing with third parties.
