MindPOS helps restaurant and cafe teams manage sales tasks, from taking orders to processing bills, on mobile phones and tablets, connecting front-of-house and kitchen operations into a single system.

Take Orders and Manage Menus
Select menu items, add options, and notes for each item. Categorize menus and images for easy searching by the team.

View Table Status and Process Bills
View available tables, occupied tables, orders, and totals for each table. Manage payments and sales history.

Coordination via Kitchen Screen
Track queues and food status to keep front-of-house and kitchen teams informed of necessary tasks.

Supports Table QR Code Ordering
Create and manage QR codes for tables, allowing customers to open menus and order via the restaurant's website. Access and table capacity depend on the package.

Track Stock and Sales
Manage ingredients and recipes. View replenishment needs and receive reports on sales, best-selling items, and order status.

Print Receipts from the App
Connect to compatible receipt printers via the on-premises network. Devices must be on the same network. Supports Thai and English receipts. Printers are optional and require prior connection setup.

Manage Teams and Multiple Stores
Assign roles for Owner, Manager, Cashier, and Kitchen Team, and switch between stores your account has access to.

To use this service, you need a MindPOS account and an approved store, along with an internet connection. Some features and quotas depend on your package and permissions. Additional services may incur extra charges.
