About this app

Fox Field Tracker is a private field-delivery management app for medical
sales teams. Admins assign deliveries to field representatives, reps mark
deliveries complete with OTP verification at the doctor's location, and
the head office sees real-time progress in one dashboard.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

For field representatives
• See deliveries assigned to you, with doctor name, clinic
• Open the destination in Google Maps in one tap
• Call the doctor or clinic directly from the assignment card
• Tap "Start Delivery" to begin a verified delivery session
• Confirm completion with an OTP sent to the doctor's mobile number
• Review your delivery history any time

For admins and supervisors
• Create, edit, and reassign deliveries from your phone
• Manage doctors and clinics — verified contacts, categorised by type
(Doctor, Hospital, Clinic, Lab, Nursing Home)
• Add and manage field reps, reset passwords, deactivate accounts
• Track totals, pending, and verified counts on the dashboard
• Review the 14-day daily trend for completed deliveries
• View per-rep performance — assigned, done, pending, completion rate

WHY TEAMS USE IT

• OTP verification — every delivery is confirmed by an SMS code sent to
the doctor, so the head office knows the package was handed over
• Foreground location capture — a one-time GPS fix is recorded when the
rep starts and verifies a delivery, with no background tracking
• Phone-first — built for reps in the field; the admin can run the whole
operation from a phone too
• Indian market — designed for INR amounts, Indian phone numbers, and
the verification flows that actually work on the ground

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS

• Precise location: used only while the app is open, to record where a
delivery was started and verified. There is no background tracking.
• Notifications: used to alert reps about new assignments and admins
about delivery progress.
• Internet: required to sync with your organisation's backend.
