Our mind is bombarded daily by the exterior senses of sight, smell, taste, sound, and touch. If we perceive anything unpleasant through these senses, our mind may react negatively, resulting in stress and anxiety. Arguing with someone, for example, may raise our stress level. Worrying too much about work may heighten our anxiety. So metal negativity arises when our mind relies on the exterior senses that may not be to our liking. By bringing the mind inside to a location known as “the Center of the Body”, we disconnect it from these senses temporarily. We let our mind take a break and recharge at the center of the body. This simple approach is known as the Dhammakaya meditation technique.

I'm from Myanmar. We all Myanmar people really don't know what is next happen. We are losing the path and hope. So I also depress and am facing a lot of problems in my relationship. Luckily, this app advertisement appears on my phone screen and I just start to use it. I feel calm since I have downloaded this app. It's about 2 days but really help me. Thank you.

I found this app quite nice and calming. As long as I kept a finger on the screen while a talk or mediation was on then there wasn't a problem at all. Very glad I found this app, so thank you so much. Have a pleasant day, keep well, safe and contented. 🏵️🙏🌹😁💕

Ok. But we want to hear it in more languages. I hear it in full sound . Although I can't hear it. Except it all is fine. Finally I recommend it as a student. Because I hope after fixed the sound it's flavor will change and change your flavor of thinking.
