Ratings and reviews

The app gets 4 stars. Some of the options like payment method should be more prominent. I give 2 stars because there is a 3 hour minimum that is charged even if you come home after an hour. Ridiculous. The rates are high because of the $10 booking fee per job and the hourly was raised recently on top of that. It's convenient but pricey.

App is updating all the time and the annoying thing is they need to make their web site were you can do everything on it as well not just the app.

When it works, it is fine - easy to navigate, etc. Lately, I have been required to "update" the app before I am able to use it. When I try to update it, my options are to uninstall or to open the app. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and still get the message. I have opened it and still get the message. When this pops up, I am unable to use the app. It is pretty frustrating!
