This mobile application is part of a research project titled:
“The Effectiveness of Internet-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (iCBT) for Perinatal Depression among the Mongolian Population: A Randomized Controlled Trial.”
The app delivers a 6-module iCBT program specifically for pregnant women participating in this study. It is designed to test whether iCBT can help reduce symptoms of perinatal depression and improve maternal well-being in Mongolia.
