The Constitution sets out the fundamental legal order for the Republic of Namibia. It forms the foundation of our common values in society, and as an embodiment of our supreme Rule of Law it provides the guiding principles according to which the State may exercise its power.

This app was developed and published by Mindsinaction STEAM Centre in partnership with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, the official mobile publisher of the Namibian Constitution. This app is not affiliated with the Namibian government.
