**Heart Pulse App** was developed with funding from the Knowledge Exchange and The Power of Mind projects of the University of Hong Kong. Through this app, users can conduct cognitive function tests, monitor heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV), and thus scientifically assess emotions and stress. The app also provides a breathing training module to help users relieve stress and improve mental health. In addition, users can also participate in various questionnaires to have a more comprehensive understanding of their own mental state. It is recommended to use it with a smart watch or heart rate monitor to obtain more accurate data and analysis results.
