Bad app. Unable to process credit cards. (They detect as fraud). Completely separate accounts for website and mobile app. Unusable. Don't waste your time.

Both times booked driver was an hour late as they try as many bookings as possible meaning when they should be picking you up they are on another job. Avoid.

Finding it really easy and convenient to book , especially with the clear option for the car. Really how easy it is to cancel or reschedule as well as how is it to book in advance.
