This app worked just fine when I first started using it. Then, like the other comments and complaints, it started buffering when trying to make a donation. I cleared the cache and reset the app. Nothing would clear the issue. I uninstalled and re-installed the app, and now I am unable to find any local churches that come up when I search for my church. This app went from good to the worst very quickly.

I'm unable to save my payment methods, so each week I have to manually enter my routing/account numbers. I finally set up an autodraft of 1/3 payment just to have a semi-normal payment coming out and now I can't even edit or cancel it because the circle just keeps spinning. I can see it, the history, all of it, except the actual adjusting tab.

This app was working fine until, about, June or so. I see all my Credit card info and History ok. However, as I enter a dollar amount, it wants my credit card info again, even when it's already retained by the app. WHY!? Not having to add my credit card info each time is the convenience of using the app. 10/31/25 Your latest update seems to have corrected the above problem. Thank you! LJB
