Amministro.io is the app integrated with the Amministro.io web service, conceived, designed and developed for condominium administrators and property managers. The app allows you to manage and consult all the elements necessary for property management, from condominium requests, supplier orders, estimates, alerts and surveys, to chats and notifications.

by logging in as a supplier and registering your company, you can use the QR code scanning feature to register an intervention and notify condominiums, caretakers and other suppliers of your entry and exit

SURVEYS
if you log in as a condominium user you can respond to surveys sent by the administrator, to participate in condominium decisions and solve everyday issues without stress

join the condominium chat without having to share your phone number or pay for each message sent - the chat only uses the phone's Internet connection (4G / 3G / 2G / EDGE or Wi-Fi, depending on availability)
