About this app

MintCheck is the field app for teams that keep buildings, equipment and sites in shape. Scan the QR code on an asset and the right checklist opens. Record results and photos on the spot, get a push notification the moment a task is assigned to you, and keep every issue in view until it's resolved.

MintCheck is used by organizations that manage their assets in the MintCheck web console. Your administrator adds you as a worker, and you sign in by scanning your site's QR code.

SCAN AND START
• Every asset has its own QR code. Scan it to see the asset, its checklists and its tasks.
• Sign in with your login ID or phone number. No password to remember.

CHECKLISTS ON SITE
• Checkboxes, multiple choice, numbers, text and photo items.
• Mark each result as normal or abnormal and attach photos of what you found.
• Every record is saved with the time, the person and the photos.

TASKS THAT FIND YOU
• Get a push notification as soon as a task is assigned to you.
• Get a reminder 30 minutes before scheduled tasks and checks.
• See today's tasks, overdue work and your history in one place.
• Complete tasks with a note and photos, and edit them later if needed.

NOTHING SLIPS THROUGH
• Reported issues stay open until they're resolved.
• A re-check is saved as a new record. The original report stays exactly as it was.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
• The app is available in 37 languages, so every worker can use it in their own.

FOR MANAGERS
In the MintCheck web console, managers register sites and assets, print QR codes, build checklists with schedules, assign tasks, and follow inspection status, open issues and complaints across every site on one dashboard. A complaint box lets anyone report a problem by scanning a QR code, with no account needed.

What’s new

New: Asset info
• Scan an asset's QR code and tap "Asset info" to see the photo, location, model, serial number, tags and custom attributes that managers added in the web console.
• Zoom in on photos and floor plans. Floor plans mark where the asset is.
