How can savings account go dormant. This is contrary to CBN regulation. I do not understand this kind of bank, that request for utility bill countless time. you will upload clear copy, they will not attend to it in days, after they inform you it is not clear. My account is freezed for valid clear documents I have supplied. I am not uploading again. Close my account. I do not want the relationship again! it is not by force to do business with you! I am disappointed!

Trying to log into my account it hasn't been working, now my account has been blocked don't know how to access it cause the person's BVN I used is far from me now I want to change the BVN but my account is already blocked, I even reached out to customer care but they're so slow to respond

I been using this app for over three years now and it has not given me stress. I have tried upgrading my account by putting my Nin number and picture, it failed, always showing pending or failed, I can't change my Nin number or picture because of this bank . that is the same picture I have been using in other Banks. lately last week on 30th January 2026 I created savings goals and I have been trying to fund it but was written transactions failed, now my account is on PND ,I don't know what it
