Trying to log into my account it hasn't been working, now my account has been blocked don't know how to access it cause the person's BVN I used is far from me now I want to change the BVN but my account is already blocked, I even reached out to customer care but they're so slow to respond

How can savings account go dormant. This is contrary to CBN regulation. I do not understand this kind of bank, that request for utility bill countless time. you will upload clear copy, they will not attend to it in days, after they inform you it is not clear. My account is freezed for valid clear documents I have supplied. I am not uploading again. Close my account. I do not want the relationship again! it is not by force to do business with you! I am disappointed!

why is it that if I send money through this bank to another account my money would get deducted but the receiver will not receive anything from me then the money would hang for days before refunded or not refunded at all I swear if I see this my money collect na the end of this bank be this for me I swear useless bank
