Editing my Review about this Bank. Having very bad experience. Because they always do one upgrade or the other, such that you can't even use your money till they done. I credited just 500 in my account, you kept debitin 50, randomly and even 100, till the 500 exhausted, I credited 100 again just to comfirm if it was system glitch, but same thing continues, you debited 50 and 50 again, you Tagged FEMTL how now, did credit 10k or even if I credited 10k, are you not supposed to debit only 50, why

you guys so return my money. Explain how my money got stucked in your app and I reached out to the customer support only to be told that the Money will be refunded after 24 - 48 hours as at now, this is making the 3rd yet it has not been resolved what is the problem. you have a very poor customer service and your bank network is very poor.

It's my best digital Bank, I love it. but they should improve in customer support service please
