About this app

Deploy the app on a fixed device at your office entrance or across your field sites. Employees clock in within seconds. Your HR team gains instant visibility over attendance with no re-entry and no errors.


The device is configured once by the HR administrator. Employees identify themselves using a PIN code or QR code, and each clock-in is automatically synchronized with MintHR, directly feeding payroll preparation, absence tracking, and HR reporting.

MintHR Punch is designed for industries where time management is critical, including hospitality, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and construction. The app runs in secure kiosk mode, preventing access to other device features. An offline mode ensures uninterrupted clock-ins even without an internet connection, with automatic synchronization once the network is restored.

All time data flows directly into your MintHR dashboard, including hours worked, lateness, absences, and overtime. Manage multiple devices and multiple locations from a single interface with no additional technical setup required.
