I made a payment for the Cuba sim card. at the airport the staff could not find my name. wasted 27usd. customer service email cannot register reach. like a fraud to me.

I had downloaded the app due to the ratings and it was the worst mistake. I try to process a recharge for my husbands phone using his visa card. It didn't go through, due to mismatch account and card name, ok. 1st. Money never came back to his card 2nd took over a day to get a Whatsapp response. They dont even reply Facebook . 3rd never got a reply for my emailS 4th my account got shut down which I don't care but where is the money!!

had a problem with the app and called and still having problems. i email the developer we see what happen??
