The minut is great at what it does. I have had some issues connecting more than one device to a property and had to tweak network to get them to connect. Also it would be nice if they had an outdoor unit. The current unit is not designed for outdoors and the warranty is voided if you try to.

Keeps crashing lately, it's not even a joke!? Used to be good but it's now going down the drain. Doesn't update the stats without exiting the app and reopening which is quite frustrating. Keeps failing to load. Unable to monitor and crashes when it's most needed.

Would ideally like to be able to set a threshold below 60dB, this would be more realistic in my case. Overall with the research I done the Device is definitely doing what's expected of it, I was very skeptical of how reliable it would be, it is slightly slow to pick up on events, but is not the worst by any means, even in situations where there can be all sorts of activity, and brief pauses it can be sharp enough, would like to be able to set any dB level threshold though.
