Horrible, horrible company. Horrible experience. I bought two devices for my AirBnB and now they require a subscription to use them. I bit the bullet and paid for the subscription service up-front for a year. Now, come to find out, if you do not have auto-renew toggled to 'on', I will not be able to use these devices. Multiple emails back and forth from their "Support" as this is the only way you can contact them. Complete and total scam of a company. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The interface doesn't make sense. It's difficult to find the information you want to see. There is practically no control over push notifications except to turn them on or off. It always happens in the middle of the night that my soul departs my body for a moment as I'm jarred awake by a shrill, high-pitched alarm at maximum volume - complete with vibration alarm in the event it didn't also wake the dead. I had to turn off the notification sound for this app in the android operating system.

Would ideally like to be able to set a threshold below 60dB, this would be more realistic in my case. Overall with the research I done the Device is definitely doing what's expected of it, I was very skeptical of how reliable it would be, it is slightly slow to pick up on events, but is not the worst by any means, even in situations where there can be all sorts of activity, and brief pauses it can be sharp enough, would like to be able to set any dB level threshold though.
