Ratings and reviews

The interface doesn't make sense. It's difficult to find the information you want to see. There is practically no control over push notifications except to turn them on or off. It always happens in the middle of the night that my soul departs my body for a moment as I'm jarred awake by a shrill, high-pitched alarm at maximum volume - complete with vibration alarm in the event it didn't also wake the dead. I had to turn off the notification sound for this app in the android operating system.

Horrible, horrible company. Horrible experience. I bought two devices for my AirBnB and now they require a subscription to use them. I bit the bullet and paid for the subscription service up-front for a year. Now, come to find out, if you do not have auto-renew toggled to 'on', I will not be able to use these devices. Multiple emails back and forth from their "Support" as this is the only way you can contact them. Complete and total scam of a company. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Unfortunately the service does not integrate well for STR solutions. For example, the alarm feature does not use the STR schedule. The alarm has to be manually enabled and disabled by the host. The smoking detection feature is spotty at best. All around big disappointment in the product and service.
