The protocol aligns with the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, a treaty administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and ratified by 181 countries. Under the Convention, authorship is recognized internationally and protected for a minimum of 50 years, with many jurisdictions extending this to 70 years or more.
The protocol operates through a decentralized application (dApp) that allows users to register and license creative assets using the power of ZK-Proofs and Starknet + Ethereum.
