I've been using the App for a few years, but recently it's just stopped working well. The main issues are, the App has a bug that causes it to crash often, you can't reset your password if you forget, the App sometimes just has text from the settings menu on the main page, so you can't do anything, then you restart, and it crashes. Annoying that you have to use this App to book parking. I am using new (2024) Samsung phone, so I doubt that's the issue.

Every time I pay it asks me to authorise in the banking app. I do this, but when I flip back to the MiPermit app it has closed down and the transaction has reset. In other words, I can't use it to pay for parking and have to use the machines. Furthermore, it doesn't allow PayPal. Perfect for use by UK councils - both they and this app are utterly useless.

No saved car registration, no integration with Google pay, no saved payment cards, no integration with android card autocomplete. Basically if you don't have your card with you, you can't use it. update 6/10/25: still the worst parking app out there. won't let you extend parking, "forgotten password" doesn't work and it still has the most outdated login and payment ever
