MicroLink Service helps authorized Microlab service engineers connect to compatible instruments and manage service mode.

Engineers can sign in with an assigned account, find nearby instruments over Bluetooth, and establish a secure connection. The app requests cloud-authorized access before unlocking service mode.

For supported instruments, engineers can scan a service-pack QR code, view the remaining cassette count, and return unused cassettes to the service pack when exiting service mode.

An active service engineer account, a compatible instrument, and an internet connection are required for authorization.
