Really archaic website. Hard to navigate, laid out in a ridiculous way. Why cant it be set up like other credit card sites? You cant find your due date easily, you cant find a "statement balance" Then it goes into a Microsoft exel program if you want to see your fuel transactions. What if you dont have Microsoft? And there is no way to cancel a payment if an error is made. Tried to pay a $150 once and computer key hit twice and submitted a $15,000 payment. What a debacle to straighten out!

one couldn't apply online for pay card I had to get card in store app not very friendly user either app allows you to get the simple rewards card the green card it tells you the phone number don't match when registered I signed up with the red pay card it doesn't show in the app

The payment button is too low on the screen. Every time I make a payment I have to try multiple times to select the green button because my phone banner is in the way. I do not have this problem with other payment apps.
