Really archaic website. Hard to navigate, laid out in a ridiculous way. Why cant it be set up like other credit card sites? You cant find your due date easily, you cant find a "statement balance" Then it goes into a Microsoft exel program if you want to see your fuel transactions. What if you dont have Microsoft? And there is no way to cancel a payment if an error is made. Tried to pay a $150 once and computer key hit twice and submitted a $15,000 payment. What a debacle to straighten out!

last update made it impossible to use. The prompts like the word "authorize" is right under the back button. When to try to authorize a payment you just keep going back. I used to pay my gas bill & propane through the app now I have the inconvenience of calling customer service to make the payment. please fix!

I can't authorize payment after the recent update. The button is now in the far lower right of my screen. That's where my back button is on my phone.
