Ratings and reviews

Really archaic website. Hard to navigate, laid out in a ridiculous way. Why cant it be set up like other credit card sites? You cant find your due date easily, you cant find a "statement balance" Then it goes into a Microsoft exel program if you want to see your fuel transactions. What if you dont have Microsoft? And there is no way to cancel a payment if an error is made. Tried to pay a $150 once and computer key hit twice and submitted a $15,000 payment. What a debacle to straighten out!

The payment button is too low on the screen. Every time I make a payment I have to try multiple times to select the green button because my phone banner is in the way. I do not have this problem with other payment apps.

my rewards card hardly work at the pump, you cant get anyone on the phone to help with anything and their app is hard to use or get your account set up! I got out on hold on chat and on the phone! still havent gotten anyone to answer!
