4DataSuite was designed to allow you to manage your company from your mobile device and if you already use a management system, integrate with it.
4DataSuite allows you to configure the different menu and content options according to the need for information to be published and transacted, being able to work both online and offline.
You can give him access to the various profiles of employees, customers, and vendors by setting up a specific role for each one. This makes it easy for everyone to see the management data with your company in a fast, agile, flexible and personalized way.
With the 4DataSuite mobile app you can export, print and/or share information in different formats starting from reports or receipts generated by transactions.
4DataSuite allows you to configure automatic notifications by time and/or events, and these can be directed to all users of your company, to a particular role or to a specific user.
Although 4DataSuite is a fully configurable and parameterized app for each business model and each role, we present some of the profiles most used by our clients:
Seller: Orders, current account per customer, sales summary, collections, transaction monitoring, statistics, agenda, etc.
Customer: Orders, checking account, payment report, delivery confirmation, etc.
