Use this Wi-Fi scanner and signal strength monitor to check home Wi-Fi coverage, troubleshoot weak signal areas, identify nearby routers, or compare access points with the network your phone is currently connected to.

WiFi Access Points is useful for checking router placement, finding stronger nearby Wi-Fi networks, and understanding how your phone is connected. Signal strength and distance estimates can vary with walls, interference, router hardware, and device location.

Wi-Fi scanning requires Wi-Fi to be enabled. Android also requires location permission to show nearby Wi-Fi scan results. The app uses the latest available scan results, so refresh timing can vary based on Android’s Wi-Fi scan limits.
