it tells me I'm subscribed but won't let me access my account... AND doesn't give me a chance to correct any mistake that may be holding that account up! You're so sure of yourself that you don't accept that you may have problems! Typical! That's why people stick to BBC, ITV and Channel 4 for News rather than Mirror Group News online outlets...

it was excellent right up until they started charging to read the news

I used to really love using this app but lately it is horrendous to use. When I see a news update and click on it, it just takes me to a blank page. When I try to reload the pages it just spins the little icon. I try shutting the app down and restarting several times but nothing works. It's really frustrating seeing snippets of news but can't read the full thing.
