Quantum Nexus is a turn-based strategy experience focused on planning, timing, and efficient system growth. Each match challenges players to shape a high-performance network through precise Energy management and tactical Node decisions.

Core gameplay structure:

- Energy economy uses four base energies: Solar, Hydro, Plasma, and Neural.
- Flux is a wild Energy gained through reservation, and it cannot be collected normally.
- Players can Collect Energy, Build Nodes, Reserve Nodes, Exchange base Energy, and Claim Protocols.
- Node effects are conditional or temporary, and Output can reduce build costs when building Nodes.
- Protocols are actively claimed and provide ongoing effects with variable Efficiency values.
- Victory has multiple paths and is evaluated at turn boundaries.

Match decisions reward clear sequencing, risk control, and long-term planning. Strong play balances immediate tempo with sustained network growth across the full match.
