The application runs entirely offline, protecting your data autonomy and requiring no accounts, sign-ins, or network permissions.

- Skill Competency Checklist: Register relevant skills you need to develop. Set your current proficiency and target proficiency levels (scale 1 to 5 stars) to visual check your development.
