THE OBJECTIVE: Survive. The potato is ticking. Every transfer increases the Session Heat. As the heat rises, the fuse burns faster, your phone shakes harder , and the haptic heartbeat accelerates.

☢️ LOCAL MESH NETWORKING No Wi-Fi? No problem. PassTime uses advanced peer-to-peer tech (Bluetooth & WiFi Direct) to create a zero-latency "Rhizome" mesh. Join an existing cluster or start your own. If the lobby is full, switch to Spectator Mode and monitor the carnage via radio sniffing.
🔥 THERMODYNAMIC PHYSICS This isn't random. A complex thermal engine tracks the "Heat" of every round. Holding the potato earns you points, but holding it too long risks a thermal runaway event. Balance greed with survival.
💣 NUCLEAR STAKES Survival isn't the only way to win. If your squad pushes the Session Heat to Critical Mass (10.0x), the physics invert. The next player to click "initiate sequence" triggers a Nuclear Win, instantly detonating everyone else and claiming maximum glory.
🚫 ZERO-KNOWLEDGE PRIVACY Your identity is ephemeral. You are just a "Tuber" node. No accounts, no login, no cloud servers. What happens in the mesh, stays in the mesh.

Risk/Reward Scoring: The potato is airborne! If you are targeted, a "Tap to Catch" ring appears. Hold your nerve and wait until the last possible second to maximize your points—but don't let the fuse expire! After catching, the "Tap to Throw" ring will orbit wildly around your screen. Act fast: the longer you wait to throw, the more points drain from your bucket. Get those thumbs ready!
Tap Penalties: Spamming the screen outside of the rings will reduce the ring size and drain your score. Precision is key.
Tactical Shouts: Send pre-generated potato themed Taunts to disrupt your opponents, or Encourage your fellow players with a friendly message.
Time Dilation: Scientifically proven* to make 45-minute wait times feel like 45 seconds of panic. (*Not actually science, just pure adrenaline).
