À la case nout gramoun is an app designed to facilitate connections between families/individuals and trusted caregivers in Réunion. The goal: to quickly find the right person to support a loved one, provide in-home services, or offer reassuring companionship.

The app allows you to view profiles, send a request with the date, time, and address, and then confirm the booking with a secure deposit payment.

What you can do in the app:

Create a customer account to request a service,

Create a caregiver account to offer your availability,

View a caregiver's profile (name, area, available time slots, useful information),

Send a booking request specifying the day, start time, end time, and location,

Chat with the caregiver in the app to finalize the details,

Pay a booking deposit via Stripe to confirm the service,

View your conversations and current requests.

Secure Payment
Deposits are processed via Stripe, a recognized payment provider. No credit card information is stored in the application. The 20% deposit secures the booking between the client and the caregiver.

Roles in the App

Client: Requests a service and pays the deposit.

Caregiver: Receives requests and communicates with the client.

Admin: Manages profiles and ensures the platform functions correctly.

Confidentiality and Data Management
We only collect the information necessary for the service to function (identity, email, booking information). You can request the deletion of your account or your data via the dedicated page:
