I ordered three dresses at $160 each and decided to keep only one. Returning the other two has been such a frustrating experience. Customer service takes forever to respond, the return window is only two weeks, and instead of an easy return, they offer 30% back to keep the items. If you still want to return them, you have to ship them to China at your own expense, which costs a fortune. Very disappointing experience and definitely something customers should know before ordering.

My experience it's hard to get a refund. The measurements are off the dress size chart are inaccurate.. They seen you through so much get your money back this is not a good company.

I ordered my dress for my sons wedding on 29/5/2026 a little last min, but it came on time, and I was thrilled with it. I honestly felt a million dollars. Very well made would definitely order again.
