poor customer service. I bought the dress to wear at my daughter's wedding. The dress arrived late and measurements were wrong picture on the website especially sleeves not the same. it's not worth it for a $220. please if you are planning to attend a function this is the wrong platform. I will never order anything from this website. I was offered 25% if 220, which I did not receive. l end up ordering from different website and received my order within days and with a return address.

I ordered three dresses at $160 each and decided to keep only one. Returning the other two has been such a frustrating experience. Customer service takes forever to respond, the return window is only two weeks, and instead of an easy return, they offer 30% back to keep the items. If you still want to return them, you have to ship them to China at your own expense, which costs a fortune. Very disappointing experience and definitely something customers should know before ordering.

ordered dress for daughters wedding, nice dress just didn't suit me, I am having trouble trying to return it have no information as to return the dress, I contacted customer service, no reply, live chat don't have access to help, how hard is it to just message back with a QR code. I'm really disappointed
