Ratings and reviews

Awesome system, works great for offices where you need to assign emails to various people. Love that I can set follow-up reminders and snooze emails for a time that works and I don't forget about them. Designers are VERY responsive and you can even email them directly with questions. They often respond within an hour. Better support than any other system out there. You should definitely try this software, it works great and saves us lots of time!

14 day sync lol and yet it still doesn't work. what a waste of time

Looks good but 15 day history only for a free account is a deal breaker for me, although I totally understand (hence 4 star) it's just a heads-up I wish I had so I wouldn't waste time creating an account and configuring to find out
