1. Income Management
Record all received support in a categorized way: one-off offerings, contributions from registered partners, and directed offerings. The application understands the difference between income types to organize your reports correctly.
2. Intelligent Tithe and Savings Calculation
Set a global percentage for tithe and savings. The application automatically calculates the amounts based only on regular income. Targeted offerings (resources with a specific purpose) are automatically excluded from this calculation base, maintaining accurate accounting.
3. Expense Control
Record your expenses, classifying them as fixed or regular bills. The major differentiator is the control of installment payments: when registering an installment purchase, the application automatically generates the following months. If you need to delete one, you can delete only the current installment or cancel the entire future batch with one click.
4. Partner Tracking
Register churches and individual supporters. The "Annual Partner Table" offers a complete and visual view (month by month) of who contributed during the year, facilitating the monitoring of partner loyalty and accountability.
5. Support for Other Missionaries
If your project blesses other workers, register them in the application. The amount passed on to them is deducted from the total amount in expenses, without interfering with your own tithe quota, preserving your contribution to the local church.
6. Clear Reports for Accountability
Track month-by-month closing with a clean dashboard displaying: Total Revenue, Expenses, Transfers, and Available Balance. It also includes a daily summary of transactions, facilitating data collection for sending reports to your supporters.
7. Manual and Secure Backup
Since the application does not use cloud servers, you have complete control over your data. Generate backups in JSON format directly from the Settings screen and save the file to your email or personal storage. If you change phones, simply upload the file and everything will be restored.
