Rafik Al Haram is a mobile guidance and organization application developed for pilgrims, guides, head guides, and managers during the Umrah journey.

With the application, users can easily access information about their assigned program, group, hotel, flight, service, meeting point, event, and announcements.

For Hajj pilgrims:
- Viewing group and convoy information
- Tracking the Umrah program
- Accessing hotel, flight, and shuttle information
- Viewing meeting points on a map
- Following announcements
- Participating in surveys
- Creating help/SOS requests
- Participating in audio conferences initiated by guides

For guides and master guides:
- Managing group and convoy information
- Tracking program, event, hotel, flight, shuttle, and meeting point information
- Viewing help/SOS requests
- Managing announcement, event, and conference processes

For administrator users:
- Company and group management
- Guide and master guide management
- Convoy, hotel, flight, shuttle, and event tracking
- Survey and announcement management
- Help requests and analysis screens

Rafik Al Haram aims to provide users with the information they need for Umrah organizations through a single mobile application.
