- The period for receiving free AS is specified in the contract at the time of installation.
- The AS period is provided from the time of installation until the promised duration. One week before the free AS expires:
- A notification service is sent via SMS to members registered with MSG.
- After receiving the notification, you can carefully check your products to ensure you fully enjoy the AS service until the end.
■ You can check the progress of your AS in real time.
- You can check the AS status within the app, whereas previously you had to wait for confirmation via phone after submitting a request via fax.
- You can coordinate the assigned technician and date within the app.
- You can also check the products eligible for repair service within the app.
■ If you request a quote consultation through the MSG app, you can utilize the on-site quote service within 2 days.
- Please use MSG when you want to receive a quote consultation quickly.
- We operate on the MSG priority reservation system.
■ You can find the lowest online prices when purchasing products only.
- The lowest prices for Misung E&C products are found at MSG.
- All orders placed by 8:00 AM are shipped on the same day.
■ Parts are also available for purchase at MSG.
- Parts for all Misung E&C product lines can be purchased via the MSG app > Parts section.
