Provides balance and transaction details inquiry for our NTD deposit accounts, scheduled and non-scheduled account transfers, payment of various utility bills and taxes, loan inquiry and payment, foreign exchange deposit inquiry and transaction, inquiry and payment of our credit card statements, VISA debit card statement inquiry, fund inquiry and transaction, intelligent customer service, and online queuing functions.
2. Latest News: Provides the latest news on our various business operations.
3. Financial Information: Provides information on our gold passbook exchange rate, foreign currency exchange rate, NTD/foreign currency deposit/loan interest rates, bill/bond interest rates, and wealth management vault information.
4. Online Counter: Provides medical services, property and casualty insurance services, service locations, related online application processes, and appointment booking for insurance.
Medical Services: Provides access to medical information and payment functions for partner hospitals.
Property and Casualty Insurance Services: Provides access to insurance information and payment functions for partner property and casualty insurance companies.
5. HeKu App Usage Permissions:
(1) Location: Requires this permission for service locations.
(2) Camera: Requires this permission for HeKu E-Pay QR code scanning.
(3) Telephone: Requires this permission for making calls to branches and customer service.
(4) Notifications: Requires this permission for push notification services.
(5) Mobile Data: Requires this permission for internet access.
(6) Storage Space: Requires this permission for reading images using HeKu E-Pay QR code scanning.
(7) Microphone: Provides AI conversational input functionality for intelligent voice services.
(8) Biometrics: Requires this permission for quick login/transactions.
(9) Read Phone Status and Identification Code: Requires this permission for device binding services. (10) Query All Packages: Allows the application to query information about all applications installed on the device, including application name, version number, package name, etc., to confirm that the user has not installed any applications on the blacklist.
(11) Full Internet Access: This service requires sending and receiving data via the Internet.
(12) Check Wi-Fi Connection: Used to check the device's current network status.
(13) Receive Internet Information: Used to check the device's current network status.
(14) Check Network Connection: Used to check the device's current network status.
(15) Prevent Phone from Entering Standby Mode: This permission is required for the barcode scanning function.
(16) Push Notifications: Allows remote notifications using Google Cloud Messaging.
