For no reason at all, the app will no longer launch properly. There is no way to log in or access it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, with no luck. This isn't just a me issue. My friend, also in Taiwan, is having the exact same problem. Update: the developer responded, problem solved, adjusted start rating to 4 stars

This issue has been fixed. Please upgrade the SC Mobile App to the latest version (version 7.0.3) and the App will be ready to work. In addition, SC Mobile App only support Android 9 or above starting from 2024/11/1.

Update: the solution that the costumer service provided works; only it doesn't solve the issue once for all.... when the android system WebView updated I have to repeat the setting to open the App. Origin: It works well until last week the App for unknown reason can't be opened; it stay at the beginning peg without anything. Even re-install the app it's the same situation.....

This issue has been fixed. Please upgrade the SC Mobile App to the latest version (version 7.0.3) and the App will be ready to work. In addition, SC Mobile App only support Android 9 or above starting from 2024/11/1.

login page is terrible. you should combine all apps into one with a country selector like hsbc has. the error, you sre logged in else where try after 10 minutes is incorrect. i closed the app and instead of just updating device that is logged in and kicking the other device off, i need to wait more than 10 minutes. needs global transfers like hsbc for instand transfers between own accounts worldwide instantly.
