With MITARBEITA, paper clutter and endless searching are a thing of the past. We bring together all the important information and processes related to your workday directly on your smartphone.
Your workday under control: Record your working hours with just a few clicks and keep track of your current time balance. Do you use a shift schedule? Then you can also see when your next shift starts or if you have a day off.
Easily manage absences: Need vacation time or time off in lieu of overtime? Submit requests easily in the app. The central overview shows you the status of your requests as well as your remaining vacation days. You will be automatically notified as soon as a request has been approved.
Digital mailbox and self-service: Your payslips, employment contract, and other important documents are securely stored and accessible to you at any time. You can easily inform your HR department about changes to your personal data via the app.
Communication and security: Stay up-to-date on important company news. MITARBEITA manages your personal data and documents securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
