For the last two months, the app has only worked as a wallet, and not always. It doesn't show available machines, time, end of cycle... - nothing except the amount of money in the account. Often the terminal doesn't want to read information from the app, so you always need to have cash with you.

Refusal to respond to messages. I have sent multiple support messages requesting my balance held in the app, be returned - to receive zero response or action. Edited after response: I'd give you a zero if I could.
