app no longer remembers my card for easy adding funds and more frustratingly, won't connect to internet unless I hotspot wifi from my husband's phone. my data connection is fine, everything else works fine, but this app insists there's no internet connection. every time now. we'll not be using it anymore if that doesn't resolve, because I usually do laundry on my own and I refuse to keep fighting with it.

My dorm made me install this to do my laundry and it doesn't work. I have a Samsung S7. The app doesn't let me add funds. Whenever I bring it in front of the machine, the app restarts and brings me back to the previous menu. I have already tried deleting the cache and app data and it did nothing. I do not think this app is optimized for Android. EDIT: I forgot to update this review months ago. After contacting them through email, they fixed the problem. This review is now 4 stars.

For the last two months, the app has only worked as a wallet, and not always. It doesn't show available machines, time, end of cycle... - nothing except the amount of money in the account. Often the terminal doesn't want to read information from the app, so you always need to have cash with you.
