This app has gone downhill. Used to work pretty well, but now cannot remote deposit without a crashing bug and/or "connection error" messages. Tried the other globalcu app, and it won't even let me log in saying the login info is incorrect. Its the same info I've had since opening the account and I login on the website just fine, but of course ccan'remote deposit from there! I like this credit union, they've always treated me well. But I moved and rely on remote deposit. I'm closing my account.

Error on App each time I go to log in saying "were sorry you're having trouble logging in, click OK to try again". Nothing happens. I have flawlessly used this app for years. However, this will be the second time I have had issues in the last few months with login in errors trying to blame the customer. Well today I went directly to their website and logged in just fine. YOUR APP IS FAULTY AND NOT ALLOWING LOG INS. Customer for over 20 years... Not happy!!

Edit: apparently I was supposed to change over to the actual global app which works fine. Weird that I didn't get a notice. My first deposit took approximately 20 minutes because it kept crashing. Today I can't make a deposit! As soon as the cameras focuses the app crashes! It's so frustrating that I don't even want to bank with this company.
