The app is decent, when it works. The app wouldn't ring for more calls than it did. Through extensive troubleshooting it was suggested by tech support that I might want to get a new phone because they didn't have the same issues with Samsung's. I was baffled. The app has the potential to be great but it's basically still in beta and we're paying to help them test.

Not so user-friendly. I managed to get it working, but still clueless as to why it would ring, and sometimes it won't all. Also, is there anyway to set up a ringtone? When it does "ring," it just vibrates non-stop. All my volumes are turned up, so I know my android phone isn't on silent or vibrate only.

Over all service was good but my issue comes when I am not logged in & my work phone still rings on my cell. So then I uninstalled the app & the service is still working on my cell phone. Giving Clearspan permission to make changes was a mistake because now I can not remove them in the background.
