About this app

The MitoRedLight app is the remote control for your Mito Red Light Adapt panel and newly added MitoPRO X panel! Through the app, you connect to your Mito ADAPT or PRO X panel, select the channel, set the time duration, and start your therapy session. Your device will turn on then turn off automatically at the end of the time you selected. Using the app makes it super easy to program your therapy session. Many modes are only available through the app! ADAPT has special modes through the app: extended NIR sessions, gradual sunrise, gradual sunset, and Red/NIR intervals. PRO X has special modes for extended NIR sessions and intervals.

A dashboard will show your usage and your responses to the benefits you have experienced.

Hard to understand how works if you just started using redlight therapy, and apparently you can't just use it on your phone? have to give permission to connect to other devices

Bluetooth connection does not work within the app after troubleshooting it's suggestions and app controls are poorly placed

App is now working. Update review. Pleased with new alternating mode, I use it almost exclusively now
