Hello, I couldn't access the app again after downloading the new app for creators. It asked for username, which I imputed and the password, but showed username and password do not match. I clicked on forgot password, it's still not working. What's the way out please

Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this. You should receive a password reset email after entering your email address on the Password Reset screen. I downloaded the latest version that was updated April 2023. After installing, I got an error message: "This version is no longer supported. To use download the latest version of Mixlr from Google Play". Please is it this same Google Play or another one?
