Ratings and reviews

Since the new update, I can't see where multiple vehicles are traveling. I have to individually check on each vehicle. I can't see which suburbs the vehicles are traveling in as the suburb names are not displayed. This new update sucks. Matrix better the quality of your app! We pay... and expect the service in return.

Since the update, the accuracy of vehicle location is very horrible; outside ~10km radius of the vehicle. Either that or the vehicle can't be located at all, for days on end. I have contacted customer care support but my emails are ignored. What happened to a good value for money?

Extremely frustrating and concerning After the latest upgrade I am getting a blank screen. Unfortunately unable to to even get to a login screen. How unreliable. I STILLneed urgent assistance. I got response requesting me to email custom care which I have done weeks ago and to date this issue has not been resolved. I am am still left with nothing but a blank screen. I even tried WhatsApp to no avail This is apalling What should a customer do to receive assistance? This is just outrageos
