App still doesn't give tri notifications. Since they changed the whole trip and logbook, you don't get notifications most of the time. Few times that you actually do get notifications, tapping on the notification only takes you to the app and not the trip. The trip logging is still a mess on the app just like the last year and a half, no improvements had been made to it. They detracted from its value offering. Going to cancel my subscription to this service. It's now useless for trip logging

Utter nonsense. I DETEST THIS APP SINCE THE UPDATE I cannot view my vehicle trips. It shows nothing!!! Car location stays incorrect every single time I check. It shows a different location to the actual location! This needs to be fixed immediately. How can we trust a company when it gives us inaccurate data??? I've also been trying to call the customer care line with no success, doubt they care about their customers.. I'm so disappointed honestly!

Since upgrade the app is very inaccurate in terms of trip recordings. I did not have this problem with the previous version. I have read many other reviews saying exactly what I am saying and more. I really don't know why matrix would prefer to lose so many customers instead of fixing the problem. At least bring back the old version while trying to fix the new version. Customers have spoken. Matrix, the ball is in court. Don't betray our trust in you. I have been your customer since 2010.
