Barebones and unintuitive with ai support that only provides vague answers to shortfalls present in the app itself. I would not be so bitter if it could even fulfill the minimum requirements it needs to fulfill, but not even that can be done if I can never get into my account again in the first place. I might as well tell management that they should find a replacement for this sad excuse of a resource.

why the hell is this even an app to keep track of paystubs? I literally can't even log into my account and every time I try to reset my password it'll refuse to send an actual code to my email and the craziest part is that I put in a different email that wasn't even connected to the MIZE CONNECT app and it apparently "sent a code to that email address." this is absolutely embarrassing to even keep this up. it literally doesn't even work for anyone as far as I know.

I have been trying to connect with this app for weeks. The authorization code never works, it doesn't remember my username and I constantly have to call my HR manager to get into the app. If it wasn't required by my job to have it, I would delete it.
