This is an excellent MySQL client app. I use this app with MySQL & MariaDB Servers with no issues whatsoever. I paid to remove the ads, I would have paid twice as much for this app. Issues 1. With the theme that I use (Light, Green Forest, Material 3), reading the header text (black text on dark green background) after running queries is a pain if my screen brightness is turned down. I suggest using white text and NOT black text. 2. SQL query history would be a nice touch.

Do you know what this app didn't do? It didn't fart a full screen, compulsory, 60 second advert onto my screen 30 seconds after I'd started using the app … unlike another incredibly amateur developer of a competing app. THIS developer got my lifetime subscription within 5 minutes of use. The other got a bad rating.

Appreciate the great review! We intentionally avoid interrupting core workflows with intrusive ads — a database client should stay out of your way while you work. Users upgrade because they want more power, not because they're forced to. Really happy to hear HiSQL earned your support.
