after they did an update on the app, my audio file got messed up so now my videos don't download with audio. I've contacted customer support many times and they don't respond. I've already paid for a whole year of service and can't even use it because the audio doesn't work. I really wish customer service would contact me back.

it's good, it's clean, and most importantly it works without spamming you for ads. I tried a lot of portable teleprompters for my phone to create shorts with and this is the one that I believe works best for me. the last thing you want is to be fumbling around with buttons in a teleprompter when you're trying to concentrate on recording your video.

I just signed up for the paid app because I need speed based script. I do teaching content, and I speed up and slow down based upon the difficulty of the concept that I'm teaching. It does have a speed based script. However, it is extremely jerky and does not actually follow the voice and it's incredibly difficult to use. It does not help me at all.
