very bad affairs. l purchased data, immediately debited my account and wasn't delivered the other time I had a problem on cable tv after series of complaint of deduction without delivery of service then lazily after several days I got a refund. this is very deceptive. customers be careful and for me I won't continue with this app. regretted onboarding with you.

good morning mkobo, it's is so disheartening, that your bank as been in existence for years, no prompt customer service to complain to, you people just set up an app, for people to loss there hard earned fund. your saving plan is not user friendly no option to opt out for emergency fund. the so called support number was ringing forever. I intended to use the bank for my savings pension but as it is, am moving to reliable and trusted bank that gives prompt customer service when needed
