About this app

MKT Player is a straightforward player for watching your own IPTV
subscription. It works the same way on phones, tablets and Android TV.

IMPORTANT: MKT Player is a player and contains NO channels, films or series. It
does not provide a streaming service and does not sell subscriptions. To watch
anything you must enter the Xtream Codes details or M3U link you received from
your own IPTV provider. If you don't have one, there is an option to try the
app with a free, publicly listed playlist of free-to-air channels.

PROFILES
• Each account is a separate profile — keep several providers side by side.
• The app opens on the profile picker; switch accounts with one tap.
• Per-profile colour, avatar and optional PIN.
• Credentials are verified before they are saved, so a typo leaves no dead profile.

PARENTAL CONTROLS
• Settings behind a 4-digit PIN.
• Lock categories (PIN to open) or hide them completely.
• On kids' profiles, adult categories cannot be unlocked even with the PIN.
• Remove categories you don't want from the lists entirely.

PLAYBACK
• HLS, DASH, RTSP and raw TS streams, powered by Media3/ExoPlayer.
• Zap channels with the up/down keys during live TV.
• Resume films and episodes where you left off.
• Audio and subtitle track selection, adjustable subtitle size.
• Swipe for volume and brightness.

ANDROID TV
• Full remote-control navigation and its own row in the TV launcher.
• Same profiles and same parental controls as on the phone.

PRIVACY
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics.
• No sign-up with us — we have no server.
• Your credentials, favourites and watch history stay on your device and are
not backed up to the cloud.
• The app only connects to the provider you enter.
