The app itself is nice, but once my kids stopped using it, I wasn't able to unsubscribe! The process was extremely confusing (I was directed to go to the website rather than directly from the app) and even then, I was charged the next month. I sent a request to customer service and got a reply after several days asking me why I wanted to cancel. (Still didn't cancel.) I replied to that email immediately but was again charged. I sent another email, but no response, and I've been charged again!

Assalamualaikum.. There's a consistent issue of content unable to be played. After the subscription deduction, for 2 days, the videos will be unable to be played. In the month, there will be few days the video will not be played. Now in the middle of the month. No one responds to email, chat bot, WhatsApp. Content is great. But support needs a lot of improvement. May unsubscribe end of the month. Was told that the support team will contact in 1 to 2 days. It's been 2 weeks! Nothing from them.

The app itself is great with content that my kids love but there are so many technical issues. I'm on monthly subscription and the app stopped playing videos asking me to subscribe. This is so frustrating. I tried several ways but still nothing
