Access the resources of your Abertta Saúde health plan in a simple and intuitive way.

Schedule in-person or virtual consultations (video calls) with professionals from our Health Promotion Centers (own network). Consult the network of clinics, hospitals, laboratories and independent professionals accredited by your health plan (accredited network). Track your usage history and discount statement (valid only for Abertta Saúde plans). Consult the list of medications subsidized by your Drug Benefit Plan (where applicable). Request reimbursement for expenses incurred with the Free Choice modality (when contracted). Track the progress of your requests for exams, procedures and hospitalizations.

• You will need to grant access to your location if you want to use the nearest provider search feature.
• You will need to grant access to the device's calendar if you want to use the appointment reminder feature.
• You will need to grant access to the device's camera and microphone if you want to participate in virtual consultations (video calls).
•You will need to grant access to the device's photo gallery and documents folder in order to attach receipts to your refund requests.

All of these permissions are optional, but will prevent access to the corresponding service if not granted.

This application does not collect or store sensitive data, it only mediates access to your health plan services.
