Ratings and reviews

The system is not entirely reliable, especially when it comes to bank withdrawals. It takes more than three days just to process a withdrawal, even though they claim to use InstaPay, which should be a real-time process. This is extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend it for bank-related transactions.

Okay naman yung app. Very functional and user friendly. But one thing na napansin ko ay yung 'back button'. I thought my phone's back button was broken because the app won't go back to its previous page. Yun pala dapat yung 'back arrow' sa upper right corner ng mismong app ang dapat pindutin para gumana. You know, its a little annoying specially kung urgent ung transaction na gagawin. Kasi mas madali mareach ng thumb ung back button ng phone since it is located on the lower part of the screen.

PLEASE MAKE IT VISIBLE IN-APP IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO CHARGE A TRANSFER FEE WHEN CASHING-IN TO GCASH ACCOUNT. ML Wallet says zero fee while the amount I received in GCASH was, surprise surprise, deducted. Today's my 1st time using this app hoping to minimize the fees I'll pay when cashing-in to Gcash. However, I spent way more than the usual amount with the 2% fee (exceeding 8k limit) that this app charged. I might consider not using this app again. If improvements are made, I'll revise my review.
