I can't register an account because the app is not opening? how do I fix this? I tried installing and uninstalling it but I keeps closing and it says "app is not responding"

Very inconvenient app, Even the features inside are so behind from other E-wallet app. It still charge 15 pesos for interbank transfers when it's mostly free in other banks and e wallet platform.

App is completely trash. Everytime I buy a load, it always fails and my balance is deducted. Definitely not recommending this app.
