The MLJ Sermons app connects you to the preaching ministry collection of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones. Lloyd-Jones was a Welsh Protestant minister, preacher and medical doctor who was influential in the Reformed wing of the British evangelical movement in the 20th century. Dr. Lloyd-Jones preached over 1,600 sermons and the complete catalog of his messages is available for streaming and downloading through this app.

App features include: streaming sermons, downloading sermons, play/pause controls, sharing sermons, controlling sermon speed, marking sermons as favorites, scripture reference (for related Bible verses), audio controls, search (eg. Jesus, God, prophet, etc.) and more.

When I initially downloaded the app, the sermons were organized in such a way, I could easily get to my favorites by topic. now everything is bunched together and I no longer see sermons about the Kingdom and other topics. Updates are supposed to improve, not inconvenience. I had to remove a star. I kept it at 4 only because it's MLJ. Immediate Update: I just noticed the search box. I typed in KINGDOM & a bunch of Kingdom topics popped up. There's more than there was at first. I added the 🌟

Great concept. It needs an update. The queue is messed up and keeps playing sermons I listened to before when I want to listen to a new one and goes back and forth and back and forth. This back and forth makes the sermon start over when I pause the sermon when I push play. It also stopped showing me the sermon description. It also keeps crashing when I open it up now.

This was an easy-to-use app until it was updated. Now I can never finish a sermon without it crashing.
